Tricia Miner was named Miner-Dederick’s business development director in 2008. Her previous 14 years in project management serve as the backbone for understanding project operations from a client’s perspective. This insight is the foundation of the relationships Tricia builds with clients as she seeks out new jobs, and the basis of the plans she develops to better meet the needs of current clients. Tricia enjoys caring for her clients from conception of a job through completion, and has managed projects for high-profile clients such as Trammell Crow and Hewlett Packard/Compaq. Tricia also directs Miner-Dederick’s green building efforts, coordinating LEED documentation when required on jobs and making strides to meet the environmental concerns of clients. Tricia is active in many industry organizations, including AGC, AIA and Rice Design Alliance.
