Joined Miner-Dederick in: 1982

                       

In 2008, Thad Miner was elected chief executive officer of Miner-Dederick, having previously held the position of chief operating officer since 2003. In his current role as CEO, Thad is charged with continuing the traditions and standards that his father, George Miner, put into place. These values shape each decision that Thad makes on behalf of the company. In addition to directing the operations of Miner-Dederick, Thad personally reviews all estimates during pre-construction, monitors costs on all projects during the construction phase, and conducts regular in-house meetings to review job status and spending. He also serves as chairman of Miner-Dederick’s Safety Committee.

 

Thad has a long history and background with Miner-Dederick in project management, estimating and running Miner-Dederick’s New Orleans office. He joined the company after earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas in 1982.
