In 2008, Julia Odell was appointed Miner-Dederick’s vice president of project management, managing the everyday activities of the department and acting as liaison between the project management group and CEO Thad Miner.  Having spent her entire career in project management, Julia knows the ins and outs of running a successful project. She approaches her job aggressively and with incredible attention to detail. As a project manager, her goals are to always deliver on her word and maintain the highest level of integrity in all she does. Julia has built long-lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors that are based on honest communication. She believes these relationships are the key to running a project smoothly.
