As secretary/treasurer, Dale Hoover offers our management team unique insight from his past experience in a wide range of business disciplines. As such, he is our “go-to guy”—overseeing several different departments of our company. Dale is responsible for managing the daily operations of Miner-Dederick’s accounting department and working closely with our CFO. Additionally, Dale serves as our human resources director, acting as our secondary liaison to our insurance company, and assisting CEO Thad Miner as needed.   

 

Dale is a graduate from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting.
