Joined Miner-Dederick in: 2005

 

Brian Ammerman, CPA, worked with Miner-Dederick for more than 15 years as our private accountant before joining our team as chief financial officer. His first order of business at Miner-Dederick was to design and execute our corporate reorganization after the death of George Miner. Brian applied his 25 years of experience working with general contractors to aid him in his task. In the end, his reorganization plans greatly increased our equity and bonding capacity. Brian is responsible for overseeing the activities of the accounting department, including client billings. He also coordinates our yearly audit with our private accountant.

 

Brian received his BBA in the Texas Honors Accounting Program at the University of Texas in 1978 and received his CPA license in 1980. He also holds a Series 7 Investment License, a Texas Series 24 and Insurance license. Additionally, Brian is a member of several organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
